Sunburns and Bruises

I'm in pain. Floated the river yesterday, and it was pretty awesome, but there were a few stretches where it was just BRUTAL. I flipped over twice on different rapids, scraped up my knee, nicked up my fingers, and i got these annoying pains on the lower right of my back and the heel of my right foot. Not to mention my sunscreen failed to work and my chest and legs are pretty burned. Damn you Noxzema Sensitive Skin Sunscreen! Outside of those mishaps, though, it was a great time. I was quite exhausted by the end of the day.
